Jackson Rancheria Community Grant Fund: 2023 Community Giving Awards

As part of its ongoing commitment to community giving, Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2023 Community Grant Fund. In total, more than $25,000 in grants were awarded to 14 non-profit organizations throughout Amador County.

Each selected organization received $1,800 to support its vital programs and services.

2023 Grant Fund Beneficiaries

This year’s beneficiaries include:

  • Mother Lode Land Trust

  • Sutter Creek Elementary

  • Wood Angels

  • St. Vincent de Paul

  • Lockwood Fire Protection District Auxiliary

  • Operation Care

  • Upcountry Academy

  • Donny Tillery Memorial Bike Park

  • Amador County Arts Council

  • Amador Pregnancy Center

  • Amador Central Railroad Corp.

  • Lockwood Neighborhood Radio Watch

  • Amador High School Drama

  • Amador Community College

These organizations were chosen for their proven dedication to enhancing health, education, environment, and human services in our local communities.

Honoring Local Impact

Check presentations took place on September 27 and 28, 2023, at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort, where grant recipients were recognized for their hard work and service.

About the Jackson Rancheria Community Grant Fund

Founded in 2006, the Jackson Rancheria Community Grant Fund operates in partnership with the Amador Community Foundation. The fund is made possible through employee contributions, with staff pledging donations via an Employee Contribution Pledge Form.

Ultimately, this community giving program helps support initiatives that make a difference in the areas where Jackson Rancheria employees live and work.
