Cancelation Policy, Terms & Conditions

Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort offers free cancelation and refundable deposits for reservations canceled before 3 p.m., 24 hours prior to arrival date. Retain your cancelation confirmation number for future reference. Cancelations made after 3 p.m., 24 hours prior to arrival date, will be subject to the first night’s room rate and charged to the credit card on file. Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort reserves the right to resell rooms if guests have not arrived by 10 p.m. and have not notified the hotel. If you plan to arrive after 10 p.m. on your expected arrival date, you are responsible for notifying a Reservation Agent with your arrival time.

Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in time begins after 3 P.M. and check-out time is 11 A.M.
  • A valid major credit card is required to make a reservation including complimentary rooms.
  • Jackson Rancheria Casino and Resort (JRCR) reserves the right to authorize a valid major credit card prior to check-in.
  • Reservations for non-complementary rooms will be guaranteed with an advance deposit covering the 1st nights rate which will be held on the valid major credit card provided at time of booking.
  • A valid major credit card and government-issued photo ID are required at the time of check-in. The name on the photo ID must match the name on the reservation. Individuals 21 years of age or older are only permitted to register for a room.
  • If paying for your stay with a valid major credit card, a hold is required and will be placed on your valid major credit card at the time of check-in for the full anticipated amount owed to JRCR for your hotel stay through your date of check-out.
  • In addition to the full anticipated amount owed when paying for your stay with a valid major credit card, a security deposit in the amount of $100 will be held at time of check-in on your valid major credit card.
  • Cash, prepaid debit cards or gift cards may be accepted for payment, but they will not be accepted as a substitute for a valid major credit card used at check-in for your security deposit.
  • JRCR is not responsible for any banking, credit/debit card fees charged to a guest by their Bank/Credit Card issuer.
  • Banks/Credit Card issuers may take 5-7 (or more) business days to release holds placed on your credit card.
  • Only the individual listed as the name on the reservation will be allowed to check-in. Additional guests will not be allowed to check-in before the individual with their name on the reservation arrives to check-in.
  • Damaging or defacing rooms/suites or public areas of the Hotel is prohibited. Guests will assume complete responsibility for any and all damage caused by themselves and any of their guests or invitees to any guest room/suite or public areas of the Hotel property.
  • Children less than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times (an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior). You must be 21 or older to enter the Casino.
  • Upon or following check-out, hotel personnel will inspect your guest room/suite. After inspection, your security deposit will be refunded to your valid major credit card on file after deducting the costs for hotel property missing/taken from your room, cleaning fees for smoking in the room/balcony, and/or costs associated with room damages. If the sum of these costs and fees exceed the amount of your security deposit, your security deposit will not be returned to you and an additional amount will be charged to your valid major credit card on file for the amount of costs/fees exceeding the security deposit.
  • Any valuables found left in rooms will be turned into Lost and Found. Disposal of valuable items held will occur after 30 days if left unclaimed. Perishable items and items not of value will be disposed of at the discretion of JRCR.
  • In case of the default, JRCR has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the guest’s room.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. An extra charge of $20 for additional persons 18 or over will be applied if double occupancy is exceeded.
  • Maximum occupancy is 3 persons for any room or suite with the exception of a two queen room which has a maximum occupancy of 5 persons. Children are included as occupants.
  • Guest rooms/suites are only for the overnight accommodation of our guests and their invitees within guest room/suite occupancy limits. Parties are strictly forbidden. Any guest room/suite occupancy above the limit per room/suite will be considered to be a “party”.
  • Quiet hours for the hotel are from 10 P.M. to 7 A.M.
  • JRCR is not responsible for injury, damage or loss of property. A complementary In Room Safe is provided to store your valuables.
  • Smoking of any substance (including vaping and marijuana) is prohibited in all rooms, room balconies and public indoor areas of the hotel. A $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied for smoking in a room.  Smoking is allowed in the Casino and designated outside areas of the Hotel. It is illegal to tamper with or remove a smoke detector.  Igniting or maintaining a flame inside the Hotel including candles is prohibited.
  • Pets are not permitted at the Hotel. Service Animals are allowed.  Guests staying with a service animal will be required to complete a service animal hotel check in card at time of check in.  Service animals must be under the handler’s control at all times and may not be left unattended at any time in a Hotel room.
  • Guests are to abide to all posted pool rules and hours. No glass is allowed in the gated pool area. Children under 16 must be attended by a supervising adult. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.
  • Solicitation and sales of goods not authorized by JRCR Management are prohibited.
  • Illegal or unsafe substances or activities are not permitted on JRCR property including the Hotel.
  • Bringing goods into the Hotel that are considered combustible, hazardous, objectionable or illegal is prohibited.
  • Improper disposal of medical needles is prohibited. Medical needle receptacles have been placed in the Hotel Lobby public restrooms for your convenience.
  • Firearms, ammunition and weapons are not permitted on JRCR property and/or in Hotel Rooms.
  • Guests will conduct themselves in a respectable manner and not participate in acts that are considered illegal, unsafe, disturbing and/or annoying to other guests and/or Staff. JRCR has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the Hotel forthwith without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so and will risk forfeiting any fees associated with their stay.
  • Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the Hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favor of any Guest or resident or visitor, and JRCR shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the Hotel premises.
  • Total length of stay may not exceed 14 days without Management approval.
  • This shall be your first and only notification of these policies/terms and conditions. Any complaints of noise or any other disturbances or other violation of the above policies/terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of your registration agreement, forfeiture of all money, deposits, room charges which may include removal from the Hotel and/or JRCR property and prohibit you from booking future reservations at the Hotel or RV Park or being allowed and/or on JRCR property.
