Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort proudly celebrated its 40th Anniversary with a “Back to Our Roots” Bingo Night, uniting Tribal leaders, loyal employees, community members, and longtime supporters for an evening of entertainment, reflection, and philanthropy.
The milestone honored the vision of the late Margaret Dalton, founder and former Chairperson of the Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians. Founded in 1985 as a modest bingo hall, Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort has grown into one of Northern California’s premier casino resorts, now featuring 1,400+ slot machines, table games, award-winning dining, a luxury RV park, and a revitalized bingo hall.
“This evening is a tribute to the strength of our Tribe, the wisdom of our leaders, and the spirit of a community that has always stood together,” said Adam Dalton, Tribal Chairperson. “Forty years ago, we began as a small bingo hall. Through it all, we have stayed grounded in our culture and committed to building a better future.”
As part of its 40th Anniversary celebration, bingo proceeds totaling $15,000 were donated to 10 local nonprofit organizations. Those were Dennis Dalton Foundation, First 5 Amador, Amador County Senior Center, Tribal Assistance for Native Families, Amador Community College Foundation, Hospice of Amador, Victory Village, Amador County Sheriffs Foundation, Operation Care and Amador County Recreation Agency.

Over the past four decades, Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians has invested millions of dollars into local schools, first responders, and nonprofit organizations.
