The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians is proud to support this year’s Matt Scott Racing/Amador County Sheriff’s Foundation Holiday Toy Drive with a $20,000 donation to help families in need in Amador County.

For sixteen years, the elves at Matt Scott Racing have been collecting and purchasing toys for the youth of Amador County. In cooperation with the Amador Sheriff’s Annual Toy Drive, they have successfully fulfilled the many wishes of local children. This year, once again, the need will be great.

“On behalf of the Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians, we are proud to sponsor this year’s holiday toy drive,” said Crystal Jack, CEO of Jackson Rancheria. “The Tribe is committed to our community during times of need, and we hope that the contribution will help many families have a more joyful holiday season.”

The Holiday Toy Drive will take place on Saturday, December 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in front of Foothill Appliance in the Amador Shopping Plaza. Bring a new unwrapped toy and Santa’s helpers will collect your donation.
