Jackson Rancheria Raises $33,066 for Local Nonprofits During 20th Annual Giving Season

Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort is proud to announce that it raised a total of $33,066 during the 20th Annual Giving Season promotion to support several nonprofit organizations in the region. This annual initiative reflects the Tribe’s longstanding commitment to giving back to the local community during the holiday season.

From December 1 through December 26, Dreamcatcher’s Club® Members were encouraged to donate their earned points to the cause. For every dollar in points contributed, guests received entries into the Annual Giving Season promotional drawings. As a show of additional support, the Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians generously matched the first $10,000 donated by club members.

“The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians and Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort are overjoyed to support these very worthy nonprofit organizations this holiday season,” said Crystal Jack, CEO of Jackson Rancheria. “The Annual Giving Season is something we look forward to each year, and we are hopeful that these donations will bring relief and joy to our local communities as we step into the new year.”

This year, five impactful local organizations were selected as beneficiaries of the campaign:

  • Interfaith Food Bank

  • Calaveras Food Bank

  • The Dennis Dalton Foundation

  • California Tribal TANF Partnership – Amador County

  • Amador County Meals on Wheels

Each nonprofit will receive an equal share of the total funds raised, amounting to $6,613.20 per organization.

By hosting events like the Annual Giving Season, Jackson Rancheria continues to reinforce its dedication to creating lasting, positive change throughout Amador County and beyond.
