1. The Table Games Dealer will be the front line employee with our guests.
2. The position is responsible to know all facets of the organization and keeping our guests entertained. 
3. Must deal Blackjack (double, four, and six decks). 
4. Other games may be required in the future. 
5. Plays for the casino and pays or collects bets.
6. Is responsible for maintaining the speed and accuracy of the game, keeping the game moving, and paying and collecting bets.
7. Responsible for maintaining the table, keeping the tray and cards secure and maintaining excellent guest relations.

Minimum Qualifications:  

1. Blackjack certificate/experience or additional game training is a must.
2. Must be able to work all shifts with any days off.
3. Must have pleasant demeanor with the ability to stand for long periods of time.
4. Must be capable of proficiently dealing all table games offered or able to learn games beyond the required minimum of 6 deck Blackjack. 
5. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. 
6. As the front line employee that interacts with our guests, the Dealer must be friendly, outgoing, engaging and capable of keeping the guests entertained. 
7. Must have the ability to recognize groups of cards. 
8. Ability to give correct change for cash to chips.
9.  May be required to work overtime with little or no notice.
10. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
11. Position requires continuous standing for long durations.
12. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
13. You must pass audition before position will be offered.

1. Adjusts scheduling as needed for adequate coverage. 
2. Reviews, enforces and follows Cage Cashier procedures during their shift. 
3. Responsible for imprest (set amount) cashier drawer as assigned during their shift.  Responsible for reviewing posting daily for any procedural changes. 
4. Responsible for working assigned schedule, including overtime. 
5. Updates guest accounts in casino computer system, and authorizes and processes credit, check cashing, safekeeping and front money transactions for casino guests. 
6. Trains, evaluates performance, and recommends discipline of cashiers on their assigned shift. 
7. Ensures that assigned shift team members provide superior guest service to external and internal guest. 
8. Develops for Cage Assistant Shift Managers review the corrective action counseling notices for team members on assigned shift, and issues to team members as assigned by cage assistant shift manager. 
9. Audits shift paperwork on a random basis to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. 
10. Performs random audits of cash and chip bank, and ensures compliance of team members with gaming regulations and department procedures. 

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 10-key skills with at least 6 months of prior cashiering experience. 
2. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 
3. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

1. Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Reflexology and other massage techniques 

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Previous experience required
2. High school graduate or equivalent
3. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
4. Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used by guests who visit the workplace
5. Valid California State Massage Certification

4. Minor repair work on video games and restocking of prize games

6. Responsible for completing all paper work pertaining to shift, preparing food (hotdogs and popcorn), cleaning up arcade room and games
7. Must be able to list 25 lbs and move equipment when needed

2. Must enjoy working around children of all ages and being in a loud environment
3. High school diploma/GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
4. Ability to read and write simple correspondence
5. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Essential Job Duties:

1. Direct traffic movement using signs, markers, hand and flag signals along site through designated routes.
2. Patrols area to help prevent any unsafe conditions, keeping the Guests and Team Members safe.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Clean DMV record.
3. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more.
4. Must be at least 18 years, able to speak English clearly.
5. Have the ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out written and verbal instructions.

1. Obtain, verify and record financial data for all gaming and other operational areas
2. Generate and maintain statistical and other financial reports reflecting revenue for use of management as directed
3. Work with other departments to assure the protection of the tribe's assets through auditing
4. Review all collected documents for procedural deficiencies and work closely with other departments on improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

1. AA in accounting or 2 years related experience
2. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Applicant must be organized and able to work in fast paced, semi stressful conditions

1. Responsible for overall cleanliness of the restaurant by:

• Sanitizing tables/chairs and sweeping the floors
• Clearing and setting all tables  
• Restocking side stations and emptying garbage cans as needed
• Assisting in all phases of service as directed
• Abiding by all health and safety regulations

      2.  Provides exceptional guest service by:

• Assisting Food Servers in serving the guests
• Anticipating guest needs and responding to any requests for service
• Providing beverage service as necessary
• Answering guest questions and referring them to the proper personnel when necessary
• Creating a fun atmosphere for casino/restaurant guests and employees
• Assisting servers in providing beverage service to guests and meeting guests' service needs in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner

3. Must demonstrate proper service etiquette, procedures, table settings, and knowledge of menu so that inquiries may be answered correctly
