Essential Job Duties: - The Table Games Dealer will be the front line employee with our guests.
- The position is responsible to know all facets of the organization and keeping our guests entertained.
- Must deal Blackjack (double, four, and six decks).
- Other games may be required in the future.
- Plays for the casino and pays or collects bets.
- Is responsible for maintaining the speed and accuracy of the game, keeping the game moving, and paying and collecting bets.

Minimum Qualifications: - Blackjack certificate/experience or additional game training is a must.
- Must be able to work all shifts with any days off.

- Must be capable of proficiently dealing all table games offered or able to learn games beyond the required minimum of 6 deck Blackjack.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- As the front line employee that interacts with our guests, the Dealer must be friendly, outgoing, engaging and capable of keeping the guests entertained.
- Must have the ability to recognize groups of cards.
- Ability to give correct change for cash to chips.
- May be required to work overtime with little or no notice.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Position requires continuous standing for long durations.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

- Performs random audits of cash and chip bank, and ensures compliance of team members with gaming regulations and department procedures.
Minimum Qualifications: - 10-key skills with at least 6 months of prior cashiering experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
