Essential Job Duties: Process bi-weekly payrolls for multiple companies within the Enterprise.  Compile and maintain payroll records in Ultimate Payroll Software system and Galaxy timekeeping software, including but not limited to entering wage adjustments, transfers, promotions and other job changes.  Process wage garnishments and support orders.  Perform broad range of payroll calculations for retroactive adjustments, cost of living adjustment, payroll corrections, co-efficient overtime, and tax liability.  Balance earning and deductions to general ledger.  Prepare, review and distribute weekly reports to multiple departments.  Must work will in a coordinated team environment.  Learn, apply and maintain training on company policies, government regulations and employment tax laws.

Great customer service skills are a must in this position.
Minimum Qualifications: Know how to correctly count money and make change, have basic good math skills. Should be familiar with calculator/ 10 key and be able to lift 50 pounds. Continuous walking. Need to have some mechanical abilities and be able to multitask. There will be pre-employment testing.

Essential Job Duties: Manages and coordinates activities in the Pit Gaming area including the direct supervision of two or more employees.  Coordinates staffing provided to each pit to ensure the effective use of employees by the department.  Follows the directions given by Sr. Management and provides routine updates.  Responsible for the supervision, disciplinary action and performance of the Pit Boss, Floor Supervisors, and Dealers and ensures the correct procedures are followed.  Assigns duties including scheduling tables, break periods, work hours, table limits, section openings and special events. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year College or technical school; or six months to one year experience in a related field with at least six months of supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Position: Table Games Floor Supervisor

Essential Job Duties: The Floor Supervisor is the first level of supervision to the Dealers required for Table Games.  Will oversee from 3-6 games and the associated dealers assigned to those games.  Proper accounting, documentation, and coaching as necessary are requirements of this position.  Reports all unusual situations to the Pit Boss on duty.  Works to resolve disputes with guests in a function of this position.  Ensures Dealers are following policies and procedures and effectively providing breaks to other dealers.  Opens and closes games under direction of the Pit Boss.  Assists Dealers with game irregularities by providing exemplary guest service while ensuring the assets of the tribe are protected.  Follows direction of the Pit Boss and relays information back as appropriate.  Observes and corrects errors in procedures that are committed by Dealers.  Promotes an environment that appreciates diversity and treats all people with respect, fairness and consistency, prohibiting discrimination and harassment of any kind.  Handles employee complaints, disciplinary actions, training, interviewing, and scheduling.  Supervises a total of 2-10 employees during their assigned shift.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Position: Table Games Dealer

Requirements: Essential Job Duties: Deal Blackjack (double, four, and six decks).  Other games may be required in the future.  Plays for the casino and pays or collects bets. Is responsible for maintaining the speed and accuracy of the game, keeping the game moving, and paying and collecting bets. Responsible for maintaining the table, keeping the tray and cards secure and maintaining excellent guest relations. Minimum Qualifications: Must be capable of proficiently dealing all table games offered or able to learn games beyond the required minimum of 6 deck BlackjackAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.  As the front line employee that interacts with our guests, the Dealer must be friendly, outgoing, engaging and capable of keeping the guests entertained.  Must have the ability to recognize groups of cards.  Ability to give correct change for cash to chips. Essential Job Duties: This position will maintain the daily functions of the RV Park Office. Responsibilities include guest registration and satisfaction, gift shop sales, and providing information to guests about our property. Greets guests, check them in, answer their questions and orients them to the property.  Understands and will be able to explain park rules and regulations to RV Park Guests.  Assigns and responds to reservation requests for park sites.  Responsible for the retail operations of the RV Park store.  Handles retail cash register and credit card transactions for retail items and site rental fees.  Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash-handling policies and procedures.  Assists park maintenance pick up litter, clean sites, and the upkeep of the recreation room and over all property duties.  Knows site locations, types of sites available, and site rates.  Is aware of daily activities, meetings and promotions taking place on the property.
