Essential Job Duties: This position will maintain the daily functions of the RV Park Office. Responsibilities include guest registration and satisfaction, gift shop sales, and providing information to guests about our property. Greets guests, check them in, answer their questions and orients them to the property.  Understands and will be able to explain park rules and regulations to RV Park Guests.  Assigns and responds to reservation requests for park sites.  Responsible for the retail operations of the RV Park store.  Handles retail cash register and credit card transactions for retail items and site rental fees.  Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, check-cashing and cash-handling policies and procedures.  Assists park maintenance pick up litter, clean sites, and the upkeep of the recreation room and over all property duties.  Knows site locations, types of sites available, and site rates.  Is aware of daily activities, meetings and promotions taking place on the property.  Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent.  Previous RV experience desired.  Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.  Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used by guests who visit the workplace. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Essential Job Duties: The Host Ambassador is an Excellence in Guest Service ambassador for JRCH. The mission, responsibilities and accountability of the Host Ambassador pertain to professionalism, positive/friendly interaction and compatibility with external/internal guests at all times. Competency in relation to verbal and non-verbal communication skills is mandatory in this highly visible position. The Host Ambassador maintains the highest level of propriety in relation to company and department standards. These include honesty, integrity, ethical, loyal, personal and business traits that must be exhibited on a daily basis. Lastly, the Host Ambassador is expected to make decisions in time appropriate manner. These decisions impact the Players Club and JRCH in general in an effort to build loyalty to brand with each and every guest we come in contact with.  Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or general education diploma (GED); six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Strong guest service, public relations, conflict resolution, oral and written communication skills.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Essential Job Duties: Valet Attendants will follow all safety procedures of JRCH and the policy and procedures of the Transportation dept.  Must be able to perform Tagging procedures, Driving duties as well as Key Room Monitor duties. Must be able to operate vehicles with Manual and Automatic Transmissions.  Perform Guest Services as set by the standards of JRCH and of those of the Transportation Services dept. Communicate with guests and answer questions on Casino current events.  Valet Attendants are required to maintain a professional appearance and present them always in the manner as described in the Employee Handbook and by the policy and procedures established by the Transportation Services dept.  Responsible for the safety and security of all guest vehicles' while under Valet depts. control.  Will help and maintain cleanliness of all areas of operation.  Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid California drivers' license, clean DMV driving record and able to drive standard transmission vehicles. This position will be physical including moving up and down numerous flights of stairs in the parking structure. Must be able to read and write English legibly.  Must regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds and are occasionally required to lift/and or move up to 50 pounds.

Essential Job duties: Receive tickets and keys from Attendants and hang them in appropriate numerical order on key board. Passes off keys to attendants for retrieval of vehicles in order in which Guests presents tickets. Count and record Valet tickets daily. Makes sure tickets are filled out correctly. Valet key monitor will also direct vehicles in, greet guests and tag them in as prescribed by procedure. On occasion will have and/or park vehicles.  Minimum Qualifications: A valid California driver's license and a clean DMV printout. Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles, have good phone skills and be able to multi-task.  Be able to read and write English and follow instructions. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.  

Essential Job Duties: Enforcement of casino rules and regulations by both customers and employees. Train new officers. To secure transportation of money between departments or outside of secured areas. Know all security posts (except Remote) which include the floor, control podium, employee entrance, security gate and the lobby. First to respond to emergencies, problems and disputes and informing the shift supervisor or casino manager, when needed. Stand bys for terminations, escorts of witnesses, locker clean out, property return and other assigned duties. Required to know all company/department policies and procedures. Standard and custom radio codes. Location of all departments and emergency exists and posts in the event of an emergency. Required to assist in various types of money drops, video and table. Verify paperwork on fills, transfers, W-2's, 1099's and certain jackpots.  Required to standby when called upon for a variety of duties. Operate telephones and paging systems when working certain posts. May work a post that can permit/deny access to sensitive areas. Knowledge of simple firefighting techniques and available equipment. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or general education diploma (GED); prefer security experience or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. BSIS Guard Card certification required or program to be started within 90 days of hire.  Must pass pre-employment physical to include doctor certification of fitness to perform required functions as a Security Officer.  The employee must regularly lift 25 pounds, and occasionally move up to 75 pounds.  There will be pre-employment testing that will consist of math and situational questions.

Dress in a modest manner as befitting a child care environment. Follow guidelines for child care. Minimum Qualifications: Education and/or experience compatible with the ability to understand and work as a part of a team with children in varying ages.  A desire to be with children. Ability to empathize with guests and children. Agile enough to fill sanitizing requirements for evening cleaning needs. Able to walk, run, climb, bend and reach. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Stand and walk for periods of up to 2 1/2 hours and sit for up to one hour at a time.
