Carlos is a member of the Jackson Rancheria team. In addition to being a well respected member of the facilities department, in the past two years Carlos has received the employee of the quarter award and a certificate of appreciation from our Tribal Chief of Police. Carlos was first introduced to JRCH through the United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) organization. He has been a valuable addition to our team, bringing bilingual skills and a dedicated work ethic. Carlos said he chose JRCH as an employer because there is a lot of opportunity for future development. He loves computers and his goal is to grow and see where he can go in the company. Carlos wants others to know "it is a good job, employees are treated fairly and there is much more to do in the future."
